Recent commission by Perth based Kyle Hughes-Odgers in Port Hedland.
FORM, with support from BHP Billiton’s Community Grants Program, has commissioned leading Perth-based street artist, Kyle Hughes-Odgers aka Creepy to transform two blank walls in Port Hedland’s West End to create engaging and activated spaces.
